Prerequisites

This release is installed using the Central Suite Installer. This ensures that all prerequisites are in place and that all the products for which you are licenced are installed in the correct sequence. Click here to learn about the Central Suite Installer (Prerequisites, Update Instructions etc).

Important Information

Disable two-way syncing

Following customer feedback, we have made the decision in this release to disable two-way syncing for new customers. This means data can only be synchronised from CCH Central to CCH Company Secretarial or from CCH Company Secretarial to CCH Central.

For existing customers that already have two-way syncing enabled there is no change and you can continue to synchronise the data both ways if two-way syncing was enabled before this release was installed. However, please be aware that if you change your current settings within File > Maintenance > Company Secretarial Settings by removing one of the ticks you will no longer be able to switch two-way syncing back on.
