Software Enhancements
ITS 67935 - WIP enquiry performance
The WIP enquiry window's performance has been improved to aid data retrieval for Firms with large historic WIP transactions.
Quality Improvements
AML Tab displaying for Suppliers
Previously, the new AML Tab was being displayed against Suppliers.
Smart Report - WIP History detail - Error reporting "The report would return too much data"
It was reported that the above report failed with the following message: "The report would return too much data" when trying to run. The company name field has now been increased from 50 to 150.
ITS 67904 - When posted bills are stored in DM, the Archive and Destruction dates are not applied
It was reported that posted bills filed into Document Management were not applying the archive and destruction dates set within the Bill Document Type.
Full separation of Authorise on behalf of
Previously, the 'authorise on behalf of' for timesheets, expenses, and disbursements was not fully split, meaning, if 'authorise on behalf of' was set for timesheet an employee could authorise an expense sheet even though no expense authorisation was set.
ITS 67943 - Self Authorisation Expense and Disbursement Sheet loophole
Previously, if Employee 2 was setup with 'Can authorise' Expenses and Disbursements for Employee 1, and Employee 1 (who cannot authorise their sheet) is setup with 'Can Authorise on Behalf of' Employee 2. Employee 1 was able to authorise their Expenses. This loophole has been closed and in the above mentioned scenario Employee 1 will still be able to authorise all employees listed under Employee 2 except for their own. Employee 1 will require the explicit 'Can Authorise' option to enable self authorisation.
