Sales Invoicing - Email Template

There are two ‘Email’ formats which can be customised; the first option is by a link which is imbedding into the body of the email or the second option is by PDF which will attach the invoice to your email.

The following changes can be made to the template:-

• Font family and size
• Alignment – centre, left and right
• Variable can also be added, i.e., Customer name, Customer number
• Invoice number, Deeplink and Invoice Total.

You can set the sender’s email address by click on ‘invoicing@mailer.twinfield.com’, enter your email address and click verify.
