Responsibility Type use Assignment Team
Examples
For example, if a client has an employee set as Manager within the Client Team (Client "Responsibility" tab) and the assignment has an employee set as Manager within the Assignment Team, the Central Task from the Assignment Jobs workflow that has the Responsibility Type: Manager will be assigned to the employee set within the Assignment Team.
If the Responsibility Type set within the Central Task does not exist within the Assignment Team but exists in the Client Team, then the task is assigned to the corresponding employee from the Client Team.
If the Responsibility Type set within the Central Task does not exist within either the Assignment or Client Team, the task is assigned to the workflow owner.
Note: The same rules are applied for the Personal Tax, Accounts Production and Corporation Tax workflows that are linked to an assignment (Product field from File > Maintenance> Assignment Templates screen) and job (Period/Year from Add Job dialog).
