Starting rules for Client/Contact workflows

The following starting rules can be applied for Client/Contact workflows:

  • Client Created
  • Draft Client Created
  • Client Approved
  • Contact Created
  • Contact Approved
  • Portal Message Recieved
Client Created 

The workflow will start when a client is created.

Draft Client Created 

The workflow will start when a draft client is created.

Client Approved 

The workflow will start each time a draft client is approved using the Approve Draft option from drafts homepage control.

Contact Created 

The workflow will start when a new contact is created.

Contact Approved 

The workflow will start each time a draft contact is approved using the Approve Draft option from drafts homepage control.

Portal Message Received

The workflow will start when a portal message is received.

Starting Rules for Assignment Jobs workflows

Job Rolled Forward

The workflow will start when a job is rolled forward. Only use this option if there are multiple workflows associated with an assignment type.

Job Rolled Forward Default Workflow

The workflow will start when a job is rolled forward. The workflow must be shown as the default workflow in the Assignment Template.

Starting Rules for Practice Management workflows

Bill Posted

The workflow will start each time a bill is posted.
