Check Contact Type

The Check Contact Type option checks the contact type value set on a client or contact and allows you to assign either an N number of outcomes or a default selection.

Add Choice

This checks the Contact Type of the client or contact of whom the workflow is attached and allows an N number of outcomes when designing the step.  E.g. Different steps may be required to be performed depending on the contact type.  Each Contact Type is selected and a follow on step is determined.

Add Default Choice

This checks the Contact Type of the client or contact of whom the workflow is attached and moves the workflow to the next step, while ‘all other values’ are taken to a different step choice.
