Report profiles are available for the following reports:

Nominal Ledger Print
Trial Balance
Investment Ledger Print
Income/Acquisitions Schedule

This means that you can set up default report selections, which saves time selecting report options when the report is run.

The profiles are set up through Activities > System Management > Layout and Formatting. You see a screen containing most of the options that are available when the report is run and can make his selections and then save them.

When the report is run you can choose a Profile from a drop down list. If only one report profile has been set up for a particular report then this profile is selected by default when the report is run.
