Bills tab: Start Practice Management Workflows

Start Workflow is an option available to the right click menu from the Full Billing History grid within the Client > Bills tab allowing users the ability to start a Practice Management workflow on a bill.

Details

To start a Practice Management workflow on a bill from the Client > Bills tab:

  1. Open a client.
  2. Select the Bills tab and select a bill from the grid.
  3. Right click on the highlighted bill and select Start Workflow option.
  4. Tick a workflow or multiple workflows from the Start Workflow dialog
  5. Click OK to start the selected workflow(s).

Note: Users can only start the same workflow once on a bill, so that the workflows that were already started on a bill are no longer displayed within the Start Workflow dialog.

 

The Workflow(s) control is hosted on the Bills tab from the Client screen allowing users the ability to manage the Practice Management workflows from the Bills tab.
