How to add a link to an existing directory
- On the main toolbar click the Suppliers button. The Find Suppliers page is displayed.
- In the Search for field, type in the name (or part of the name) of the record you want to search for.
- Click OK or press the [Enter] key. The records that match your search criteria are listed in the window.
- Double–click the record in which you want to add the directory link. The Supplier page for the selected record is displayed.
- Click the Documents tab to display it. The Document icons are displayed in the top left area of the window.
- Click the 4th icon, Link to an existing directory. The Browse For Folder window opens, displaying the folders in your local drive.
- Navigate to the directory you want to link to, select it and then click OK. A link to the directory is created and displayed in the Documents tab.
