Date of Issue

The Date of Issue field is used for the date of the cover letter. The field defaults to the current date.  It is possible to set a date in the future.  If the date is removed then an error icon is displayed: You will not be able to save this window until the error is cleared.  If you enter a date in the past then an error icon and tooltip are displayed: Again you will not be able to save this window until the error is cleared.
