Template

The Template drop-down lists all relevant bundles in alphabetical order.  Select the relevant bundle and the window will be updated based on the settings in the Contents tab of the Bundle details window. Where there is only one available bundle on the Bundle Details window then the drop down will appear as follows:

Where there are no bundles available then most of the controls on the window are disabled:
The Date of issue is displayed within the <<CPGIssueDate>> mail merge field and the letter paragraphs are displayed within the <<CPGLetterParagraphs>> mail merge field within the template. 

These mail merge fields should not be put on the same line within the template.
