When sending/receiving documents via CCH OneClick, what data is saved/stored on the firms server in CCH Document Management and what information is stored in the cloud?

If the client sends the practice a file it will only exist within Messages & Documents until someone in the practice clicks the file. It will then be downloaded to the users C drive. It won't go into CCH Document Management until you move it from the Shared folder into another location within CCH Document Management.
