Delivery options and filing

1. On the last stage 6 of 6, depends on which type the template you selected, the filing and delivery options differ.

IF A WORD TEMPLATE WAS SELECTED ON STAGE 2, THE STAGE 6 WILL SHOW THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:

Document options: this is applicable for mail merge for letters and not for mail merge for emails.

History options: if the practice has CCH Document Management module, you can add the emails to it, specifying a description and the document type.

You cannot defer sending out the emails when you use Word templates, the emails will be sent out as soon as you click Finish.

IF A HTML TEMPLATE WAS SELECTED ON STAGE 2, THE STAGE 6 WILL SHOW THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:

History options: if the practice has CCH Document Management module, you can add the emails to it, specifying a description and the document type.

Delivery options: it is possible to defer the delivery of the emails to a later date. If this options is chosen then the emails will sit on the Outbox until the date specified.

If the deferred delivery is not selected then the emails will be sent out as soon as you click Finish.

2. Click Finish to finalise the Mail Merge Wizard and send the emails.
