CCH Company Secretarial is a comprehensive cloud solution for managing all your company secretarial tasks. It includes an integrated company’s formation service, online filing to Companies House, and the ability to extract data from the Companies House database to auto-populate and verify your records.
Being a cloud solution, you can sign on from anywhere with internet access and there are no restrictions on numbers of users. When you log in, the home page shows a summary of upcoming filing deadlines, together with summary data of your active company. From here you have access to all the functionality of the system.
