Deleting an Office
How to delete an Office

On the main menu, click File > Maintenance > Internal > Office.

In the Office window, select the row of the office you want to delete by clicking on the blue arrow on the left.

Press the [Delete] key and then click Yes to confirm the delete action.

If the Office is in use and you cannot delete it, check the box Inactive to unable its use.

To delete additional offices, repeat steps 2 to 3.

When you have finished, click to save the changes and close the Office window.
Note: You cannot delete offices that are being used by the system. If you try to delete an office that is associated with clients or employees, an error message is displayed. However you can make them inactive by clicking the respective box.
