How to Set Up a Centre in CCH Central
Use a centre if the practice wants more detailed reporting. A centre may be a geographically defined area, for example, Europe or Australasia, or a business related area such as Tax Processing.
- On the main menu, click File > Maintenance > Internal > Centres.
- On the Centres window, in the blank row at the top of the table, enter the Centre Name. To modify an existing name, edit the text directly.
- Enter the Centre Code. The code must be unique. To modify an existing code, edit the code directly.
- To set up additional centres, press [Enter] and repeat steps 2 to 3.
- When you have finished setting up centres, click to save the information and close the Centres window.
