Editing an employee's details
Every employee has an Employee Details page where all their information is stored. You use the Employee Details page to amend an employee's details.

On the toolbar, click the Employees button .
The Find Employees page is displayed. -
In the Search for field, type in the name (or part of the name) of the record you want to search for.

Click OK or press the [Enter] key.
The results that match your search criteria are listed in the window. -
Double–click the employee record you want to open.
The Employee Details page appears. -
To change the Employee Name or Employee Code from this page:

On the line where the employee name is, click on the ellipsis .
The Amended Employee Name window appears.
2.Overtype the information you want to change.
3. Click OK.
A warning icon is displayed if you enter a code that is already in use by another employee.

To change other information:

Select the tab containing the information you want to amend and make your changes.

Repeat Step 5 as necessary.

Click OK to save and close the Employee Details page.
