Import Planning from another client

CCH Audit Automation provides the facility to allow you to copy parts of the planning and the permanent data from one audit pack to another. This is primarily for use within groups, where more than one subsidiary may share the same accounting systems and procedures. It allows you to carry out the planning and documentation of your background knowledge in the first subsidiary and copy this to the others.

To import planning from another audit pack, load the audit pack into which the planning is to be copied and select Planning [Import planning]. On selecting this option, the following dialog will appear:

Enter the code of the pack to copy from and check the checkbox by each section to be copied. Click on [OK] and the information copied is as follows:

All planning area will be imported into the client. The checkbox’s are to show the areas that are included and cannot be deselected
