Clear Current Year's TB

Where you have entered, or calculated estimates in respect of the year, you will wish to enter the actual figures in the trial balance when these have been ascertained. To facilitate this, a facility is included to allow you to reset the trial balance to zero, thereby providing you with a blank trial balance on which you can enter the actual figures.

To reset the trial balance, select [Clear TB] from the Utilities menu and the system will ask you to confirm that you wish to clear the TB before proceeding. If you confirm that you do, it will clear the figures, if not it will return to the Pack window without affecting the data stored.
