Re-investments
This screen should be used to advise the system where reinvestments require processing.
For most Unit Trusts the system will provide an information line reminding you that Re-investment details may be needed. It is generally easier to treat re-investments as ordinary purchases using the Purchases window. From a tax perspective, a re-investment is identical to a normal market Purchase.
However, if you prefer to identify a Re-investment as distinct from a normal market Purchase then simply enter Re-investment in the Alternative Description box on the Purchases window.
