Project Journal

During your implementation, your Project Manager will create a Project Journal for your implementation and share the link with you. This is created in software called SmartSheets and will be available to you via a URL link.

From here, you will be able to view all the key bits of information about your project, such as your project dashboard, project schedule, RAIDA (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Actions). Also included will be links to the relevant course contents for all your consultancy and training sessions, and links to any key documents such as implementation reports along with the standard services description statement, terms and conditions and other project governance information.

Your Project Manager will refer to the project journal during your regular catch up calls, especially when referring to the project schedule and the RAIDA log.

Support Portal

Joining our Support Portal keeps you in touch with the latest news on areas that are important to you. Here you will find everything you need to know about the Support Portal. Learn about connecting with us and with other customers, how to stay updated, find information and create cases with our software support team.

My Learning Portal

This is where you access our eLearning, knowledge videos and release webinar recordings. Your Project Manager will discuss access to the site with you (it is linked to our Support Portal), as some of our training and consultancy can be built using a blended approach, and we will encourage all your employees to have access to it during the implementation, as a key resource of knowledge and learning.

Internal communications plan

Here is an example of a  communications plan that you can follow to ensure that everyone across your business is informed of the upcoming changes, the reasons for the change and help take them on the change journey with you. We also have a dedicated Managing Change page to assist you with change management during your CCH implementation.
