In this series of videos we'll take you through your onboarding journey with us, from initial order to service delivery.

 

Let's start with an introduction to how we'll manage your software project delivery.

It's vital your whole team are fully engaged in the project, and we have some tips to support you with this, including:

  • make sure your people are bought into the project,
  • map out your existing workflows,
  • capture all your reporting requirements,
  • identify the improvements you are looking for,
  • create a plan to manage stakeholder expectations, 
  • create a dedicated project team,
  • start your internal communication plan early.

All your employees will need a Wolters Kluwer Account. This is our identity management system for all our cloud products, and this video shows the initial account activation process.

The video shows users how they:

  • receive an email invitation,
  • accept the invite,
  • create their account and set a password,
  • set up multi factor authentication,
  • launch the My Learning Portal page.

You'll need to manage your employees' access to cloud products, and invite new employees as they  join. We refer to this role as the "Wolters Kluwer Account administrator". You need one nominated person to undertake this role, but you can have multiple additional people too.

During your onboarding journey, you'll use the Support Portal to view your scheduled service appointments for training days, and session agendas.

To get the right data into your new CCH products, we'll first extract data from your legacy system. You'll need to review this data before import, to make sure you're happy with what's being migrated, and how.

This video walks you through the data cleansing spreadsheet and highlights the various tabs you need to review, map, and refine.
