Software Enhancements

eSign

Save & Return

Following feedback, we have updated the eSign window to only show a "Save & Return" button when preparing the PDF for the eSign. This essentially is a combined option that allows users to save the fields and immediately return the user to the “Create Message” window to send the message.

Retain dimension for fields: Signature

In addition, we have also added a new option "Retain dimension for fields: Signature" in where users can resize the Signature field to their preference, reducing the need to adjust the field every time they add it throughout that document.

Simply check the box, add the signature field and resize it accordingly; this will then be retained in memory and be the same size the next time you add another Signature field throughout the same document.
