Prerequisites
Installing CCH Practice Management 2025.3
This release is installed using the Central Suite Installer. This ensures that all prerequisites are in place and that all the products for which you are licenced are installed in the correct sequence. Click here to learn about the Central Suite Installer.
Software Enhancements
Timesheet Import
The following enhancements have been made to the Timesheet Import.
- The time period combo defaults to the current weekly period
- Any entry in red is invalid and cannot be imported
- Incorrect Client Code
- Incorrect Assignment
- Incorrect Job
- Incorrect Task
- The first column has been renamed to read Client Code
- The "Note: Employee standard rate will be used" has been moved to the settings and replaced with Rows in red will not be imported

Once an import has been done, a pop-up is displayed advising how many timesheet lines were imported successfully. (In the example above, all lines were selected, but only the two valid lines were shown as imported successfully).

Known Issue:
There is a current known issue with the form not clearing fully once an import has been performed. Either re-select the same employee to import a new sheet or select a new employee to import their timesheet.
Create Bulk Bill - Billing Explanation
The Billing Explanation has been added to Step 1 of the 'Create Bulk Bill' wizard. This is the same billing explanation option used within the standard Billing Wizard and Bulk Bill Extra Field.
