Software Enhancements
New AML Tab for Contact and Clients
A new tab called AML has been created for both contacts and clients to show the AML History for the contact/client from an AML check performed within CCH iFirm.
The AML History is intended to show the following
- Submitted Date - This is the date the AML was submitted.
- Check Type - Why type of AML check, AML Data or AML + Biometric KYC.
- Status - Pass or fail of check.
- Employee - the employee who performed the check.
- Document Name - a link to the document from the client's document centre.
Task Permission
The following two new Task Permissions determine access to the AML Tab for either the contact or client (enter AML within the search box to show the two task permissions):
Product: Central
Client: #Client#LaunchiFirmAML
Contact: #Contact#LaunchiFirmAML
Note: or tip! Please note, currently the AML tab displays limited information if you are not licenced for CCH Document Management. This is to be addressed in a later release.
New AML fields within Reporting and Smart Reports
The following fields have been made available under Contacts within Reporting and both Contact and Client Lists within Smart Reports.
- AML Check Type
- AML Status
- AML Submitted Date
Note: Both the AML Tab and AML fields within reports only show information when used in conjunction with the AML feature within CCH iFirm.
Quality Improvements
ITS 67756 - Date formatting changing when exporting to Excel
Previously, some firms encountered a date format issue when exporting to Excel from the client list using advanced search. Some dates were displayed in the American format.
ITS 67934 - Performance lag on Find Clients where ClientSearchAddExtraFields configuration is active
It had been reported that there was a performance lag on the Find Clients screen where the ClientSearchAddExtraFields configuration key was set to 1.
The system will now only retrieve the Extra Field and Responsibility Type values for the columns that the logged-in user has chosen to include/display within the Find Client screen results area.
Note:
Please close and re-open the Find Clients window after adding any Extra Fields or Responsibility Types to the grid display.
