Software Enhancements
Remove all button in area risk assessment
The remove all button in area risk assessment will now be disabled follow planning sign off. This option has now been disabled following planning sign off to stop users accidently removing all audit tests for an area once planning has been completed.
Balance forward document path
The default file path location that was used during the balance forward routine has been updated to use that same location as the document checkout path. Previously this routine was using the local user directory and would fail if this was a one drive location.
Relink background information documents
A new option to relink the background information documents has been added to the utilities menu. Previously it was possible that during the change master pack routine the background document would become detached from the background information areas. This would stop the user from marking the background information area as reviewed. This new option can be used to resolve the issue.
Assertion information included in summary report
The assertion summary information included in identified risks is now included in the risk summary report.
System option to stop users creating clients and name changes from audit
New system options have been added to stop users creating new clients and editing client details. With this update both options will be ticked by default and there will be no impact on current functionality.
Allow client creation
With this option un-ticked the system will stop entry of client codes in the new audit pack dialogue, users will still be able to create new client by selecting an existing code that is already in the database. If the client does not exist it will need to be created from central first before it can be selected.
Allow client editing
With this option un-ticked the system will stop the client name and address from being changed on the client control data screen.
