Accepting an Individual Invite Link

Follow this process to accept an individual invite to join your CCH iFirm Organisation.

Follow this process to accept an individual invite to join your CCH iFirm Organisation.

NOTE: Use of CCH iFirm requires a Wolters Kluwer Account, our identity management system. The Wolters Kluwer Account provides a single source of login to the various online applications and services provided by Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting UK.

Invitation link 

Once you have been invited, you will receive a link to join your CCH iFirm organisation by email. The email will be from and may look similar to the email below.


Accept Invitation

Click on the 'Accept invitation' button.

This will open the Wolters Kluwer Account Register page.

NOTE: If clicking the link in the email takes you to the login page, this means that you already have an activated Wolters Kluwer Account for access to a different organisation.  Log in with your existing credentials to add the new organisation to your account.

Your ACCOUNT DETAILS will be pre-populated.


Enter your desired Password* where shown. Your password must satisfy the minimum requirements shown on the page. Repeat the password in the Confirm password* field.

If shown, tick the box to confirm you have read and accepted the terms of use and confirm that you are not a robot by ticking the 'I'm not a robot' box. You may be asked to complete an image CAPTCHA.  Once this is completed, click Register to save your details and create your account.


You can set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) for an additional layer of login security on your account. Select one of the options to configure, or click 'x Skip for now' according to your preference. For more information on setting up multi-factor authentication for your account, please refer to the Use a Wolters Kluwer Account page.


Once you have registered for an account you will land on the iFirm Dashboard. The dashboard will display the products and applications you have access to.
The following is an example of products and applications you may have access to.
