Accounts Formatting

CCH Accounts Production sits in CCH Central.

CCH Central is a Central database containing records of clients and contacts. It is also the launch pad for most CCH applications, such as CCH Personal Tax, CCH Accounts Production and CCH Document Management, although not CCH Trust Accounts.

Clicking on this menu option opens up the client in the Accounts Formatter. If Central is not open a message to that effect is presented as below.

Click OK to start Central and log in as required.

If the Accounts Formatter does not load, return to Trust Accounts and click on the prompt to reconnect to Central.
