Set up an Office

On the main menu, click Maintenance > Internal > Offices.

In the Offices window, in the blank row at the top of the table, enter the Office Name.
To edit an existing name, edit the text directly. -
Enter the Office Code.

Enter the address in the Address 1, Address 2 and Address 3 fields if required. Entering address details is optional.

Enter the Town. Postcode and Country.

Press [Enter]. A new blank row is created at the top of the table.

To set up further offices, repeat steps 2 to 6.

When you are finished, click OK to save the information and close the window.
