Delete an Employee Category
On the main menu, click Maintenance > Employee Categories > Employee Category.
The Employee Categories window appears.
Select the Employee Category row you want to delete.
Note: you cannot delete categories that are being used by the database. If you try to delete a category that is associated with clients or employees, an error message is displayed.
Press the [Delete] key and then click Yes when prompted to confirm the delete action.
The category is deleted.
If you try to delete a category that is in use, an error message is displayed.
To delete additional categories, repeat steps 2 to 3.
When you have finished, click OK to save the changes and close the window.
