I’m currently a CCH KPI Monitoring customer on version 9. Do I have to wait until my license is due for renewal before I can upgrade?

No, if your annual support is up to date you can upgrade at any time. You will not be charged for the version 10 software. Your annual support payment will increase at your next renewal date to reflect the version 10 pricing.

Additionally, unless you have the expertise in house to upgrade your software, there will be a ½ day charge for upgrade by our installation team. If you are on version 8 or earlier, the upgrade will require a full day.

I have the CCH KPI Monitoring software, but my annual support payments have lapsed. Can I get the new version?

Yes. Until the end of March 2021, we are offering an amnesty for all customers who are not currently making support payments. Your annual support payment will be due immediately.

Additionally, unless you have the expertise in house to upgrade your software, there will be a ½ day charge for upgrade by our installation team. If you are on version 8 or earlier, the upgrade will require a full day.

From the 1st April 2021, if your support payments are not up to date and you want to upgrade to version 10 then you will need to buy the software again and pay the annual support amount + the cost of installation as above.

What are the differences between version 9 and version 10?

The main difference is that version 10 allows you to create alerts on Cloud databases using REST APIs. For a full list of benefits & features please see the What is it? page
