The Personal tab on the Employee Details page displays the Employee's name and contact information. It can also hold a signature and a photo of the employee as well as their personal information and details of next of kin. You can create, edit and delete any of this information using this tab.
In most fields, you will create the information on this tab using Step 1 of the Add New Employee Wizard accessed from the main menu — File>New>Employee.
The fields on this tab are self-explanatory with the exception of:
E-mail Address Goes Here — Right click to insert the email address
Signature — Right click to add or remove a signature, which should be an image file
Photo panel — Right click to add or remove a photo, which should be an image file
Next Of Kin details — If there is more than one next of kin, press [Enter] or [Tab] to create additional lines to complete.
