How does it work?

i-Serve is an enabling tool that allows you to recommend a range of solutions that will enhance your clients' working practices. Launched from the Advisor Workspace in CCH OneClick, i-Serve provides you with a range of information that you can digest and send on to your clients where you see a specific benefit to their business. You will be able to access client facing collateral that you can amend or send straight through to selected clients.

i-Serve consists of various solutions that can be beneficial for you and your clients.

As we continue to develop i-Serve, we will expand the number of strategic partnerships ensuring that you and your clients have a wide range of solutions to choose from.

Basecone - is where accounting magic happens!
Take a photo of your accounting documents, email them into the software, or upload a .pdf copy and Basecone will take care of the rest. Using Optical Character Recognition, Basecone will read the text on the document, link it to the applicable supplier or customer and do most of the data entry work for you. All you need to do is check the details and click the button to send the transaction into one of the accounting systems that Basecone integrates with.

Basecone even has an approval app that enables managers to approve purchase invoices on the go and an expenses app which simplifies the management of employee expenses.

Once uploaded, documents are stored securely for ten years and can be accessed directly or by drilling down on reports from within your accounting software all the way to the source document.
