Add Declaration Details
Use the Declaration tab to enter third party signatory information.
Signatory Details

Click Signatory name to select or create a signatory. The address details automatically appear in the Address field.

Complete the following:
- Signature date
- Signatory capacity
Indicate the relationship between yourself and the client.
