These are costs that you pay from your personal money while you carry out work for the client. You claim reimbursement for the amount spent by include the amount on your Expense Sheet. From this, you are treated as a creditor of the practice and are reimbursed. At the same time, a disbursement is charged to the client's Work in Progress (WIP) for the amount you incurred.
