Use the Comment field to add notes to individual purchase ledger invoices. To add information, simply click the Comment field and start entering text, or click the Ellipses button to display the Comments window if you need more space.
Note that the comment will be visible to all users and that you can edit comments only:
on the Purchase Invoice window
when the invoice is in Draft or Submitted mode.
In all other modes - Posted and through to Ledger - comments are visible but cannot be edited.
