Main Menu

The Main Menu is always displayed at the top of pages and windows.

Options on the Main Menu

Click:

  • File to create new contact, client and employee records, open previous records opened, logoff or exit the application.

  • Favourites to organise and run the reports that you have designated as favourites in CCH Smart Reports or Reporting.

  • Tasks to provide you with one-click navigation to different features.

  • Other applications will appear to access other applications which are licensed.

  • Windows to establish all currently open pages, or bring a page to the front, or close them all.

  • Billing and Bookkeeping will appear to access those areas for Practice Management licenses only.

  • Support to access the Online Help and Support Centre area: Knowledge base, Log call, User Voice and e-Learning.
